第一屆國際孔教-第一號通知書(華英)

Dear Sir / Madam,
由印尼孔教總會主辦，多個國際儒學團體協辦的“第四屆國際儒學學術研討會”暨“第一屆國際孔教研討會”訂於2007年11月20日至11月23日假印度尼西亞雅加達舉行。為弘揚孔教，推廣儒學，謹致邀請函，敬請踴躍出席，提呈論文 。
This is to inform you that The 4th International Conference on Confucianism and The 1st
International Religious Conference on Confucianism will be held on the 20th of November 2007 to the 23rd November 2007 in Jarkatar, Indonesia. These conferences are jointly organised by The MAJELIS TINGGI AGAMA KHONGHUCU IDONESIA and the THE INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF CONFUCIANISM.
The aim of the conference is to spread the teachings of Confucius and to promote Confucianism as a religion.
You are cordially invited to attend the conference and we welcome your active participation by presenting your view and any written articles on the subject at the conference.

1. The Conference Theme:
We aim to establish your view on:
(a) The value of Confucianism in establishing a peaceful and harmonious society.
(b) The contribution of Confucianism to a peaceful and harmonious society.

7. Paticipants: All are welcome in particular we welcome representatives from Confucianism organistions, scholars, educators and students of all institutions.
8. 論文集稿約：
8. The publication on selected articles for the conference:
A. 印尼孔教總會為“國際孔教及儒學國際學術研討會”出版孔學論文集。印尼文、華文、英文及其他國文合刊。
(A) There will be a publication on the collections of articles and papers presented at the conference. The articles may be written in Indonesian, Chinese, English or any other languages.
B. 印刷：十六開版面、約500面左右
(B) Publication : The publication will have approximately 16 pages of introduction and 500 pages of content.
C. 分類：主題文章、孔教篇、理論建設篇、道德教育篇、其他（作者請自編入）
(C) Content: The content will consist mainly of articles on the Conference Theme, on Confucianism, religious teaching, open forum, morality, education and or any related subjects the authors seen fit.
D. 印刷：出席參加分組討論者之論文，大會編委會將優先選入論文集 。
(D) Publication: All selected presentors’ articles will be published in advance for distribution at the conference.
E. 字數：字數請保持在一萬字之內，用電腦打字。
(E) Number of words: Please limit your article to under 10,000 words. Article must be
typed with a word processor and not hand written.
F. 排稿：注明論文名稱、作者姓名，附上作者簡介（約500字）、論文綱要、論文以及作者相 片（2張）（附上一份排稿樣本供參考）。
(F) For Your Article: There must be a title, and a summary on your article. Please give your name and an written introduction about yourself (under 500 words). We also need two photographs of you.Enclosed is a sample copy of an article for your reference.

H. 截止：若需要本會打字之文稿，請於15-8-2007之前寄到。 電郵請於1-9-2007之前寄到。
(H) Last Day for submission:Please send your article latest by the 15th August 2007 by post and if it is by email by 1st September 2007. I. 版權：所有來稿版權歸本會所有。
(I) Copywrite: We have copywrite to all the articles received.
9. 論文 報告 ：每位學者發言時間以30分鐘為限。
(9) Presentation of Article at cocference:
You will be given 30 minutes to present your article at the conference.
10.行 程 ：若計劃提早或延遲回返者，請預先通知。
(10) Itinery: If you decide to return sooner or later than planned, plase inform us in advance.
11.會 務 費 ：1. 提呈論文者及做報告者：繳會務費USD$50/=（論文若多人聯著，只有一人優惠，餘人則以隨團費計，請自行注明。）（若來稿已發表于其他文集，編輯部可能拒絕編錄，亦以隨團費計。）
(11) Fee :
1. For the presentors at the conference and those whose articles are accepted for publication, a discount of USD 50 will be deducted from the fee. If an article is written by more than one authors, than only one author will receive the USD 50 discount. You may decide who receive the discount.
2. 其他隨團的參加者，每人邀會務費USD$150/=（會務費包括論文集、特刊、出席證書、錦旗、膳、宿。）
(2) For all others, the fee is USD 150 per person. This covers your food and lodging. You will also receive a copy of the conference publication and any other special publications. A certificate of attendance and a conference flag will also be presented.
